Tyne Esk Trail Esk Valley Trail - Roslin Glen Country Park   The Powdermill section of the Roslin Glen Country park, normally closed in winter,  will remain open for the time being, unless circumstances change.  This is a trial concession.   I have asked that as winter progresses, the gates remain open at least  at weekends as the alternative road up to Lea Farm is so busy and the surface poor.  This has been agreed, but always worth checking beforehand especially if you are riding down from the Kirkettle end.   Please keep to the steps and not go off the track.  In view of complaints last year about  a couple of riders 'galloping' it might be best to stay in walk if there are other users even elsewhere in the park.    Some non horsey people might  assume a trot is a gallop!

Please see the What's On page or contact your commitee for information on events taking place in your area.
